Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items caused by our company. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the product's arrival.
- The product has been used or worn.
- The product has been damaged, stained, or acquired an odor while in the customer's possession.
- The condition of the returned product is significantly different from when it was delivered.
- (In case of defective items) No defect is found after our inspection.
Refund Method
We will process the refund within 7 business days after the returned product arrives and its condition is verified.
Credit Card: We will cancel the transaction. (Depending on the card company's closing date, the refund may appear in the following month's statement).
Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience (Shipping Costs)
In the case of returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience (e.g., "Different from image," "Size does not fit," "Ordered by mistake"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any bank transfer fees for the refund.
Warranty Period
If a product is damaged or has an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
Please be aware that we cannot provide any warranty or support after 7 days or after the product has been used.
