Terms of Service for LeatherCraft Luke
These Terms of Service set forth the sales conditions for made-to-order genuine leather products provided by the online shop "LeatherCraft Luke" (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop").
Article 1 (Nature of Made-to-Order Products)
Products sold through this service are, in principle, "made-to-order" items, with production beginning for each piece only after an order is placed.
As we use natural leather, individual differences such as grain patterns, blood vessel marks, minor scars, and color variations will occur. These are characteristics of natural materials and shall not be considered product defects.
Article 2 (Formation of Contract and Cancellation)
A sales contract is established when the Shop sends an "Order Confirmation" notification after a user has placed an order.
Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to order details for the user's convenience once the sales contract has been formed.
Article 3 (Delivery)
The estimated delivery time is based on the "Production Period" stated on each product page.
Delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products by skilled artisans, material availability, or a high volume of orders.
The Shop shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the user due to such delays. However, if a significant delay (e.g., more than one month beyond the schedule) is expected, the Shop will promptly notify the user.
Article 4 (Payment)
For made-to-order items, production will commence only after payment has been confirmed (or credit card authorization is completed).
Article 5 (Returns and Exchanges)
- Customer Convenience: We do not accept returns or exchanges for user convenience (e.g., "different from image," "ordered by mistake") for made-to-order, personalized, or customized products.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We accept repairs or exchanges only if there is a clear defect (e.g., broken hardware, faulty stitching) or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of arrival. In such cases, the Shop will bear the shipping costs.
- Note: Individual characteristics inherent to natural leather and slight color variations due to different monitor settings are not considered "product defects."
Article 6 (Disclaimers)
The Shop is not responsible for changes that occur through normal use (aging), such as color fading or transfer caused by friction or moisture, or discoloration due to sunlight, nor for any damages resulting therefrom.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights for designs, images, and product names published on this service belong to the Shop. The use of these materials for the production of counterfeit goods or for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
