Shipping policy
Welcome to LeatherCraft Luke
Thank you for choosing LeatherCraft Luke. Our products are handcrafted one by one using carefully selected natural leather. While it takes time to complete each piece, we take great pride in our meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail.
1. Delivery Schedule (Made-to-Order)
As a general rule, our products are made-to-order.
- Production Period: Please check the production timeframe listed on each product page.
- For custom design requests, please consult with us via email.
- If the delivery date changes due to production status or a high volume of orders, we will notify you individually by email.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)
Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
3. International Shipping
We do not ship directly to international addresses; however, international shipping is available through the forwarding service "NEOlogi."
Important Notes for International Customers:
- Customs & Taxes: Any customs duties, consumption taxes, or import fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
- Liability: We cannot be held responsible for issues such as loss or damage once the item has arrived at the forwarding agent's warehouse.
- Returns & Exchanges: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
4. Packaging
To prevent the leather from losing its shape, all products are shipped wrapped in protective cushioning material.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation Email" containing your tracking number.
6. Receiving Your Package
- If a package is returned to us due to absence or the expiration of the storage period, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
- Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we cannot accept cancellations for personal reasons once the item has been shipped.
